The annual Trade Show allows you to exhibit your services and/or products, attend the conference to network with attendees, and learn more about Construction in Indian Country, including current trends and challenges.

October 21, 2026: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Join Us for an Exclusive Exhibitor & Attendee Happy Hour!

After Construction 101 & 102, unwind with us at a relaxed networking happy hour created especially for exhibitors, tradeshow professionals, and conference attendees. Enjoy drinks, appetizers, and great company while building meaningful industry connections in an informal, welcoming setting.

Trade Show/Exhibitor booth – $1,890.00/booth

Exhibitor registration fee* includes:

• Trade Show Happy Hour – October 21, 2026 – 6pm – 7:30pm
• Two Exhibitor Passes to the trade show and conference -Please email [email protected] with the name of the 2nd person attending with your company
• Continental breakfast and lunch for both days
• Exhibit listing in the conference program and website
• A 6’ X 8’ exhibit space, includes a 6’ X 30” table with skirt & two chairs
• Waste basket and Internet
• Option to buy an additional exhibitor pass (1), see “Additional Exhibitor Pass” at the rate of $520
•No outside food or beverages may be distributed from exhibit tables, including candy and snacks
• No raffles on the property are allowed (any giveaways must say “Door Prize”)

* Electricity is an extra charge and must be reserved in advance

*Registration must include full payment to be fully processed and reserved. If you need to pay by check, please contact [email protected] to make the check arrangements.

*Note: Per Gila River Indian Community Title 13, a special events license application must be turned in 30 days prior to the beginning of your event by any exhibitors that are selling tangible items and must be displayed at all times during the event.
